3. Domain Purchases & Payments

All domain purchases are subject to the following conditions:

  • Listed prices are indicative and may be negotiable via the "Make an Offer" option.
  • We do not process payments directly on DomainHub.io. All financial transactions are secured and processed by industry-leading third-party platforms, including but not limited to Afternic, Sedo, Spaceship, and Atom.
  • Payment plans are not standard but may be available on a case-by-case basis for high-value domains upon inquiry.
  • Domain transfers are initiated strictly after the chosen third-party platform confirms full receipt of funds.
  • Buyers are responsible for verifying their eligibility to register and hold specific Top-Level Domains (TLDs).

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all inquiries and offers.
  • Engage in negotiations in good faith.
  • Respect intellectual property rights and trademark laws.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of the third-party platform used for the transaction.
